Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Received the wrong item or something damaged?
Let us know right away if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

When to expect your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund.
