To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

When to expect your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund.

No. Like most plastic products, prolonged exposure to heat (e.g. hot cars, direct sunlight) can cause warping. We recommend NOT leaving the Spyn Tin in a hot car for multiple hours.
